30818874	0.98	TNC significantly increased the expression levels of genes Tlr4, Hif, Col6a1, and Col6a3 (P < 0.05) as well as Tnf (P = 0.08) in AML12 hepatic cells, without differences in Mmp9 gene expression levels (data not shown) (Figure 6a-e), corroborating that this alarmin can induce a potent fibrogenic response.
	0.98	TNC increased the expression of Tlr4, Hif1a, Tnfa, and the fibrogenic genes Col6a1 and Col6a3, confirming the important role of TNC in both liver fibrogenesis by increasing the synthesis of collagen and in the hepatic inflammatory response.
